At Beldad Jewelry, we want you to be completely delighted with your handcrafted piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Return Window

14-Day Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and certificates included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.

Damaged or Altered Items: Pieces showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by a third-party jeweler will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email info@mysite.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization.

Packaging: Securely pack your jewelry in its original Beldad box to ensure it is protected during transit.

Shipping: We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method (We recommend using Yamato for domestic returns or FedEx for international returns to ensure full insurance coverage). Beldad Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs and international customs duties are non-refundable.
