Refund Terms

At Beldad Jewelry, we aim for a transparent and efficient refund process. Once a return is approved according to our Return & Exchange Policy, the following terms apply.

1. Refund Approval & Notification

  • Inspection Window: Upon receiving your returned item at our Kofu studio, our specialists will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete, informing you if the refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the jewelry.

2. Payment Method

  • Original Payment: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used during checkout.

  • Credit Card Processing: For credit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

3. Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid to your local government are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: Costs incurred for shipping the item back to Beldad Jewelry are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Bank: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
